Fire Station 11

Fort Worth, Texas

 

 

This new station was built in a newly incorporated area on the north side of Ft. Worth where new neighborhoods have been built adjacent to grazing pastures.  Our objective was to find a fresh visual approach to the Ft. Worth icon, the longhorn.

This tile mural was waterjet cut out of exterior grade tile.
